I became an integrative nutrition health coach to help my clients transform their lives and realize and fulfill their health goals.
I became certified through Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, Where I studied nutrition and holistic health and wellness.
I am a busy wife and mother of 3 fantastic boys. I was born and raised in Poland. I left my home country at 19 and since then I called Chicago, Cairo, Barcelona and now London my home.
I love to travel, cook, read, learn, exercise and spend time with my family.
I got certified as a yoga teacher through White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara, California in 2011 and had taught yoga in Cairo, Egypt for several years. One of the biggest satisfactions of being a yoga teacher was seeing stressed out, overwhelmed, disconnected clients come in and be transformed during the session into relaxed, clear headed best versions of themselves. They were able to find that mind body connection. I have seen first hand the benefits of mind body connection, exercise, mindfulness, meditation and breath work (pranayama).
I struggled with psoriasis, a chronic skin condition since my teens. Dermatologists offered cortisone steroids creams that would mask the symptoms for a while but never fully addressed the root cause of that condition.

Couple of years back I survived Guillain-Barre Syndrome, serious autoimmune condition in which immune system attacks and destroys the nerves eventually leading to paralysis. I spend 2 weeks in a hospital and several months after that recovering. This experience was a turning point for me in the way I view my health and wellness. I became committed to prioritizing my health, self care and learning about what it really means to ‘live a healthy live style’ for me. Through sustainable changes I was able to tweak my diet and mindset to support my autoimmune health.
Health is real wealth and without it everything else in life gets deeply affected and overshadowed. I experienced it first hand.
I believe deeply in taking charge of your own health, physically, mentally and spiritually.
